One of Skopos’ major challenges involved managing a large-scale trekking project spanning over 18 markets.
The study featured an extensive online survey across dealerships, with a lengthy 30-minute questionnaire tailored to four distinct target groups, each requiring its own version. This complexity resulted in the need to produce both global reports per target group and market-specific reports, culminating in a staggering 76 PowerPoint reports containing over 2,000 slides!!!
With just four weeks to deliver these reports, the team faced a significant challenge in balancing efficiency, accuracy, and the ability to provide meaningful insights at scale.
